Most boys like video games. There are all different kinds to match a persons personality... Shooting, fighting, sports, and then there's games based on movies. Kids like them because they are something to do and most of them are challenging and exciting. Parents say that they are "melting your brain" or something like that. But studies have been done that say a person when playing a game goes into a deeper process of thought.
They are expensive though... The systems cost up to $500. Then there's all the cables and accessories. The games themselves can cost up to $50. All in all your spending quote a bit of money on something that goes obsolete within a month! They could make the prices lower but then it would be harder to make as many and then the people making them will have to raise the prices.
