Endangered Spiecies finial

                                                            Endangered Species In this world there are many different endangered species. A lot of the animals that we like are under this category. Some of the animals that have a high risk of extinction in the near future are the cheetah, Blue Whale, Snow Leopard, and the African Wild Dog. One of the most important animals America itself doesn’t want to lose is the Bold Eagle. The Bold Eagle is our state bird and if that bird was to become extinct what that would say about America. One of my favorite animals are endangered. This is the Wight Tiger. It is very rare in this world. Very few are left. Blue Whale as we all know is also endangered species. The Blue Whale is to be know as the largest animal that has ever lived. We have located around five groups of Blue Whales worldwide. Then we have Snow Leopard. This is the largest cat native to the mountain ranges of central and southern Asia. It was know for its beautiful fur. Witch is why they were hunted so much. The life span of a snow leopard is normally 15-18 years, but in captivity they can live up to 20 years. Another beautiful bird besides the Bold Eagle is the Ivory-billed Woodpecker. It is also on the way to being extinct. February in 2004 was the last time seeing these birds. These birds are 19 to 21 inches long. There lifespan is 15 years. They also have vary nice fur.Another bird it the yellow top black bird.

The White Tiger

White tigers are one of my favorite animal. Back in 4th grade i did a project on them. The white tiger also has another name. It's also called the Bangel tiger. The Bangal tiger is a very interesting tiger. Its not like the other tigers you may see. There very unquie.

Unlike other tigers the Bangel tiger has a creamy white colored furr. You would think that the tigers would have black stripes but no they don't. Their stripes are chocolate colored. Their noses aren't black eather. Instead its pink. This might be a little strange there eyes are blue.

Thease wild tigers are very rare. White tigers are born in tigers that carry the gene needed for white coloring. Thease tigers are about 3 meters long and weighs about 180 - 285kg. The Bangal tiger lives in grassy and swampy areas also forest so they can be camouflaged well. The ones on islands have disappered; now those one live in zoos and wild life parks. Most of thease tigers are found on the Mainland of Southeastern Asia and in central and southern India.

It is illegal for white tigers to be hunted but they are. By poachers in many Asian countries. Tiger's body parts are used in Chinese medieine and exotic recipe,their coats are sold for a small furtune, many people hurt thease pour animals to get some fast money.
